Broadmead Bridge - Week 4
According to homewinemaking.co.uk, the law in Britain relating to home winemaking states that you may produce as much wine as you like, but must not attempt to sell it under any circumstances. To be honest, I'm not sure that we need a law like that - I don't think you could persuade someone to buy this under any circumstances.

After 4 weeks of fermentation in the airing cupboard, this is what the Broadmead Bridge 2006 vintage looks like. No, I've no idea if it's meant to look like that either but later on this week I'll be getting the hydrometer out to see what it reckons. In the meantime I'll be looking for alternative Christmas presents for everyone now that plan A looks unlikely!

I'd stick a bolt on the airing cupboard door. Looks like the creature from the River Wey and it's about to break loose in your house. RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!!!

If you had chickens, or cockroaches, or both, I'd say one had fallen in and came to a sticky end....
